It doesn't add up...

  • My website isn't up to date.

  • I haven't done enrolment into one of my programs in 5 months.

  • I currently don't have a clear headline on my main platform ( no "I help X do Y").

  • And I've told 3 wonderful people that I don't think I'm the right coach + mentor for them in the last 10 days.

But..

October was the best month Growth Habit has ever had revenue-wise. And it's not just the revenue. I've done this while feeling (mostly) excitement, creativity, and ease.

How's this possible?

At first glance, you might think it's just because I threw a big event. While that definitely played a role, this isn't just a one-off spike. It's clear all my months are going to be equally awesome going forward.

I've unlocked a new monthly minimum in my business.

Plus, if you simply chalked it up to the event, you'd be missing out on the deeper learning. Nothing happens overnight. So I've spent two days analyzing my last 12 months of content, revenue reports, strategic decisions, and journal entries.

It's been eye opening.

And I've boiled it down to these 9 things. I've unlocked this new level because I've been...
  1. Getting more specific on exactly who I'm meant to serve

  2. Ruthlessly refining my messaging so that when the right folks come across it, they say HELL YEAH

  3. Following a simple strategy that allows me to steadily grow while having fun, being creative, and exploring my different interests

  4. Leveraging content that influences decisions + makes people take action.

  5. Playing on a longer time horizon that allows me to focus on long-term relationships vs transactions

  6. Reviewing + re-writing my money beliefs because no amount of strategy can help when your beliefs are holding you back

  7. Applying the Rocketship Method that predictively moves people from stranger to client (regardless of the platform)

  8. Doubling-down on what's working vs chasing the dopamine of doing something new

  9. Prioritizing action + iteration instead of waiting for things to be "perfect".
