This Message Made Me Cry

 (plus a bold declaration that scares me)

A client sent me this last week.

It's celebrating a big win and sharing that she's this much closer to realizing a bold declaration she made at the DO BOLD SHIT event. Her closing a $60K deal is exciting. And the reality of her landing a 3 year manager development program coaching 85 leaders is incredible.

But this message made me teary eyed because....

• She left a six-figure office job in 2023 to bet on herself.
• She's been through a lot and has refused to let it dim her shine.
• She's an incredible coach + facilitator who doubted her brilliance earlier this year.

And it's proof that a simple framework I live by works...

1. Do Bold Shit That Scares You.
2. Reflect + Learn as You Go.
3. Share What You’re Learning to Teach + Inspire Others.
4. Repeat.

It's how I've built Growth Habit.

It's how I wrote my book, ran 48 miles in 48 hours in the Colorado Rockies, and what's allowed me to help 370+ people in 16 countries. And I've done this while fuelling my creativity, having fun, and working with folks who inspire me.

Now I'm making a bold declaration for next year.....

GET 25 PEOPLE TO $100K A YEAR IN 2025.

Why $100K? It's the "six-figures" people talk about + represents "making it" for many. And it means being able to take care of the cost of your life without financial stress for most folks.

The catch?

We're going to do this with fun, flow, and creativity. Without "hustle + grind" energy. It means you hitting $100K a year doing work you enjoy. And in a way that feels good.

Because it's about way more than money.

It's knowing that what you're doing is having impact. It's enjoying the freedom you're creating for yourself. And feeling proud when you're telling your friends + family about how much impact AND revenue you're making.

Why 25 people?

Because the number scares the f*ck out of me. Especially declaring it publicly. But I know that me calling it out is a part of me bringing it to life.
