Drastically increase their rates. Launch new programs. Sign loads of clients. And completely re-write what they believed was possible for them.

How did I do it?

It'd be criminal not to acknowledge the previous four years of (relative) consistency. Hiring coaches, taking massive action, and pushing myself to reflect regularly. Including, being willing to examine what didn't go so well. 

But...

I credit the planning I did last December + this big calendar below for a lot of the good sh!t that happened in 2024.

 

We're heading into the last few weeks of the year.

Are you thinking you want "next year to be better"? Plenty of coaches will SAY this, but most will fall flat because they....

1. Don't Process the Current Year

You're likely to repeat mistakes if you don't examine what went down this year.

2. Have No Real Plan

You can come back in January with the best intentions, but you'll be scrambling without a plan.

3. Don't Have the Strategy, Systems, or Support

It takes more to have six pack abs than to just have the goal and a rough plan ("I'll eat healthier + go to the gym"). Otherwise, wouldn't there be way more people wanting to show off their stomachs at the beach? Right.

A high-level plan isn't enough.
