 In the last week...

  1. A leadership coach in my Impact Accelerator signed his first high-ticket coaching client (for $8.5K).

  2. A 1:1 client exploded on Instagram, going from 3K to 10K followers. We had to set up automation on her account to triage inbound inquiries. 

  3. And a client landed an in-person workshop in Turkey (for his biggest fee yet).









Here's what they have in common:

They were all in a bumpy patch a couple months ago. Feeling uncertain or overwhelmed. Two of them have had tears in their eyes on our calls in recent months.

This is normal.

It's why I work with people for a minimum of six months. This lets us navigate the natural ups and downs of doing big bold things together. And it ensures I'm there when they face the unavoidable wobbles.

Don't sell your life-changing services by the hour.

Sell the outcome + transformation your clients get from working with you. And then set things up in a way that increases the likelihood that they'll get the transformation.

That might mean:

  • Longer engagements
  • Providing coaching with your workshops (esp. if you work with orgs)
  • Or creating a supportive community that all your clients benefit from.
